Flanged plastic ball bearings with stainless steel or glass balls for shaft sizes from 4mm to 8mm

Our flanged plastic bearings are normally stocked with acetal resin rings and nylon cages. The balls are made from 316 stainless steel or glass. Flanged plastic bearings are generally used for their corrosion resistance and as non-magnetic or non-conductive bearings. We can also supply plastic bearings for more corrosive environments made from PEEK, PVDF or PTFE.

These flanged plastic ball bearings are only suitable for low loads and speeds and for temperatures up to 110°C. PEEK can be used up to 250°C.  Our plastic bearings are normally open but they may also be supplied with shields on request. Plastic bearings are not precision grade. Normal inner and outer ring tolerances on these bearings are +/- 0.1mm.
